In 1962, Jim Gallagher, of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., and Sterling Bassett realized that opportunity lay in focusing on managing claims to superior outcomes. In building a talented, committed team who are experts in resolving claims, we ensure carriers, employers, brokers and governments can focus on their core priorities while our team looks after their people.
