Our Client Advocates have a deep understanding of their client, their industry and competitors. For this reason they can be more strategic with their account management, amongst other outcomes. We believe this model allows more personal approach but also makes us more connected, more collaborative and a cut above in the industry.
Our Client Advocacy framework is the key driver of this, as it provides best practices, tools, and global forum to fundamentally enhance how our people approach, engage with and deliver for clients and prospects. We align all Client Advocates through the well-established Client Advocacy development program that all senior Gallagher Re leaders and all client-facing colleagues aspire to go through. We created a framework that outlines the Client Management Cycle and allows us to be efficient and effective.
