Gallagher Reinsurance Achievement Programme (REACH UK)
Our Gallagher Reinsurance Achievement Programme (REACH) provides an 18-month, tailored development journey, with the aim of accelerating your career from Day 1. This programme is unique in the industry, where you will be mentored, work closely with senior stakeholders and work towards achieving an industry recognised professional qualification (Chartered Insurance Institute and/or Actuarial, depending on your career path).

During the programme you will have the opportunity to work closely with your mentor and subject matter experts, making a difference early in your career. Your development will include a multitude of technical insurance and reinsurance models as well as a wider curriculum of professional, financial and client-facing skills training.
The programme will give you everything you need to know about the industry as part of one of the largest global reinsurance broking and advisory firms, plus the opportunity to network with colleagues and clients around the world.
Our Gallagher REACH programme offers a salary of £20,000 – £25,000 for school leavers and £30,000 – £33,000 for grads. You’ll also receive 25 days of annual leave, plus UK bank holidays, and be able to purchase extra days on top.
Alongside this, you’ll also be entitled to three fully paid volunteering days a year, allowing you to support a charity of your choice. We also offer a range of flexible benefits available to you including gym memberships, season ticket loans, travel insurance and many more.

Gallagher Reinsurance Achievement Program (REACH US)
The REACH program is part of our global, reinsurance division. It is a structured learning and development program for analytical roles like Actuarial Analyst, Catastrophe Modeler, and Broking Analyst. This two-year paid program is designed to accelerate learning and professional growth providing the foundation for a successful career in reinsurance.
In these client-facing roles, you will have meaningful work and access to Senior Leaders, mentors, and peers around the globe. This program was designed with best-in-class experiences in mind to compete with top training programs across the financial services industry.
There are four analytical roles within the REACH (US) program; Actuarial Analyst, Catastrophe Modeler, Broking/Financial Analyst, and Risk Analyst. Each of these roles require cross-functional collaboration with production teams across the globe. You will gather and analyze data, and support client proposal development and presentations. You will receive funding and support for your continued learning and for obtaining industry designations like the Associate in Reinsurance (Are), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), etc.

GIFTT Program (Canada)
The Gallagher Insurance Fast Track Training Program is designed to accelerate the learning curve for people that are new to the insurance industry.
Not only does the program provide the tools necessary to quickly learn and master the skills required to move forward in a career in the insurance industry, but it also focuses on development in a supportive and engaging environment.
This nine-month program will allow you to not only work as a Client Solutions Associate, but also set you on a career path towards more senior client service roles.

The Achieve Program (US)
Achieve is our Client Service Trainee Program. It is a structured program featuring classroom, virtual and on-the-job training, designed to provide participants with the knowledge needed to be successful as a service professional at Gallagher.
With our Client Service Organization Paths, we offer you a place to learn, grow and succeed. As a member of this team, you will leverage state-of-the-art tools and resources to deliver service with integrity to customers across various industries.
From a client service associate to a client service manager and beyond, a path exists to grow your career.
From a client service supervisor in a local branch to a national client service leader, you can map out your leadership journey at Gallagher.
You can also go into Broker Placement, Operations, Production, National Risk Control or General Support.
Gallagher Futures (UK)
Our graduate programme, Gallagher Futures, is a two-year intensive development pathway created to develop a group of new colleagues who are high-calibre, results-driven and diverse, into the world of insurance and our Gallagher community. This programme will help you develop skills, business knowledge and continue to grow your career.
With our Programme Opportunites, you’ll have the chance to get hands on, interacting with clients and making a difference early on. We will support your ongoing development with tailored courses, a local mentor and an industry recognised qualification. You’ll also be paired with another programme participant in your location and have regular catch ups with our Talent Programme Partner, ensuring you receive unequalled support in your role.
We have a variety of roles across our business that you may be interested in: Broking – Retail and London Specialty, Underwriting, Operations (UK & EMEA), IT, Project management, Carrier management, and Risk.
Our Gallagher Futures programme offers a salary of between £29,000 and £33,000p.a. dependent on location and experience. Claims Trainee Program (US)
In our Claims Trainee Program, you will receive instruction & mentoring from leaders across the business. Learning & development activities will support your advancement through a well-defined career path.
