Responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with the processes designated by the human resources management regarding the following processes: personnel administration, payroll, benefits and labor legislation.

- Act as a strategic partner to lead and align HR strategies with business goals.
- Oversee the complete cycle of personnel management.
- Lead and manage the payroll, benefits and settlements process. on-boarding, off-boarding and benefits.
- Maintain knowledge of payroll processing to ensure proper procedures and processes are in place to effectively complete routine payroll processing.
- Ensure Gallagher's internal system is up to date and correct for the completion of all HR and payroll related functions, including monthly reporting.
- Lead the administration of attendance, leave and vacation records.
- Manage compensation process and policies that ensure market competitiveness and promote internal equity.
- Provide support in Labor Relations and Compliance processes.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and legal requirements affecting HR practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and procedures before regulatory entities.
- Provide support in internal and external audits processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal KPIs and reporting to headquarters, implementing and monitoring the procedures of all key processes of this front in HR.
- Manage and control the company's Head count and payroll budget.
- Implement improvements in the administrative processes of the area.
Acerca de ti
- Graduated in Administration, engineering, accounting or related fields.
- English level: Advanced
- Minimum 6 years of experience in personnel administration and leadership roles in multinational companies.
- Advanced knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation and payroll management.
- Management of payroll software.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI tools for indicator management.
- Leadership, organization and attention to detail skills.
