The Business Analyst-Technical Recruitment Marketing role is focused on providing technical support for the career sites, creating process maps, and delivering training. This individual contributor position plays a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition technology landscape within Gallagher’s global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE). The role involves collaborating with HRIS, recruiters, TA leadership, and other operational support groups to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of recruiting technologies and processes. The Business Analyst will contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder and candidate experience. The ideal candidate will effectively navigate a large, complex organization, adapt swiftly to changing circumstances, and proactively address challenges as Gallagher continues to grow its global presence by attracting top talent.
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst-Technical Recruitment Marketing to assist in managing and optimizing our career sites and other recruitment marketing technologies. This individual contributor role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation and integration of our recruitment systems. The position involves partnering with HRIS and other internal stakeholders to drive compliance and efficiency in our talent acquisition processes. Additionally, the Business Analyst will be responsible for creating process maps and delivering technology training and onboarding for the talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, effectively prioritizes tasks, thinks creatively to solve problems, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.

- Coordinate across functional groups to review and interpret business issues and needs to develop accurate Business Requirements
- Understand and execute coding in multiple Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding tools, including JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, and SQL
- Work closely across internal business groups and Technology and external vendors, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Manager (CRM), Career Site/Portal, Vendor Management System (VMS), LinkedIn, and other AI platforms such as Paradox (chatbot)
- Complete technology testing alongside vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful release of updates
- Perform requirements analysis
- Evaluate business processes, develop and implement robust solutions, and identify areas of improvement
- Lead multi-functional group reviews of issues and process to successfully drive initiatives to completion
- Complete documentation of initiatives and communicate status and results
- Ensure initiative documentation is complete accurate and stored for validation and auditing
- Develop training material and job aids
- Gather critical information from meetings and assist in developing and communicating reporting to business groups and management
- Ensure solutions meet the business needs and requirements
- Effectively manage projects including developing plans and monitoring performance
- Prioritize initiatives based on regulatory financial and customer impact escalate as necessary
- Serve as a point of contact and liaison between stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of initiatives
Acerca de ti
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish Required. Portuguese preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- 3+ years of experience in a coding role, including JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, SQL preferred
- Experience working to support Talent Acquisitions teams a plus
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (such as PowerBI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
