The Financial Business Line Project Manager ensures the timely and effective implementation of practice-specific marketing plans in the financial benefits space, including employer-sponsored retirement plans, life insurance, and key-person benefits. This role requires solid project management of omni-channel campaigns, merger partner brand integration, national industry or association events, paid media, Corporate Partnership marketing, and social media, to name a few. The Financial Business Project Manager will be responsible for building effective relationships with divisional marketing team members, business line stakeholders, and divisional resources (ART, regional marketers, etc.), and will work closely with Practice Marketing leaders.
This role will support execution of marketing plans, build timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery of projects, track campaign engagement and metrics for reporting, and work closely with the business line marketing team to successfully implement marketing programs. This role requires a thoughtful and creative thinker as well as someone who is extremely organized, able to establish, communicate and meet deadlines, and work successfully in a team environment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing, positioning, implementing and analyzing multi-channel campaigns. Experience in project management is a must, as well as strong writing, positioning, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. The ability to clearly communicate the projects objectivesand “what’s in it for me” to various internal and external audiences is an imperative skill for this role.

- Oversee and manage complex production schedules and project plans for concurrent projects and phases with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional resources, and competing deadlines
- Track and document marketing program timelines/calendars using Smartsheets to support GBS Marketing calendar in Power BI
- Collaborate with the Content, Practice, Industry Vertical and Regional Marketing teams to project manage the execution and delivery of go-to-market strategies for the division’s thought leadership content from consulting practice, industry vertical and regional subject matter experts.
- Partner with Content, Practice, Industry Vertical and Regional Marketers to deliver internal communications content (PPT slides, talking points, drip content, employee intranet copy/pages, registration status reports, content downloads and engagement data) to be leveraged by Sales Enablement, marketing, practice and industry vertical leadership to drive sales team engagement and follow up efforts
- Partner with in-house creative agency, marketing automation, web and social media teams to integrate key messaging and positioning through all collateral and digital frameworks
- Help create content messaging and positioning that offers competitive differentiation
- Coordinate the approval process with internal and external partners for project deliverables
- Support the development of all promotional content assets using shared corporate resources, including emails, social media posts, display ads, landing pages, etc.
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of editorial guidelines and other quality standards for all marketing materials
- Oversee the tracking, measurement and reporting of registration status, campaign performance, content engagement and ROI
- Be accountable for understanding current and prospective client needs, competitive offerings, and relative priorities to win and retain in the space, leveraging the business line marketers, advisor relationships, client focus groups, and other stakeholder and insights as input
- Ensure the Gallagher brand is consistent; ensure the brand is integrated appropriately throughout all collateral and local/regional initiatives (seminars, events, association content, etc.)
- Support the on-boarding of new merger partners and drive marketing integration as directed by the business line marketing leader
Acerca de ti
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field, and 3-5 years professional marketing experience
- Fully bilingual English- Spanish
- Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SalesForce and marketing email platforms a plus
- Solid understanding of email marketing systems, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hub Spot, and Constant Contact
- Experience executing marketing projects that result in increased brand visibility and sales leads
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong copywriting skills for short-form content, including social posts and email copy
- Experience managing integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including paid, earned and owned media channels
- Experience creating marketing scorecards, dashboards or other relevant reports
- Insurance industry experience
- Strong PowerPoint design skills for engaging presentations
- Familiarity with AP Style and Corporate Brand guidelines
