As a Professional Indemnity Underwriter, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and underwriting risks, developing strong relationships with brokers, and contributing to the growth and success of our business. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years of underwriting experience to take a significant step up in their career.

• Evaluate and underwrite professional indemnity risks in accordance with company guidelines and market conditions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to facilitate business growth.
• Analyse risk information and make informed decisions to ensure profitable underwriting.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions and strategies for complex risks.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
• Contribute to the achievement of team targets and objectives.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Familiarity with the Bristol insurance market is advantageous.
