Overview

We are excited to be recruiting a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Cyber Reinsurance Team in London as a Cyber Account Manager!

 

This role is will include providing a flawless service to our high-profile clients and support our Producers and Brokers. You'll work with an outstanding team on innovative Cyber Products like Reinsurance, Retro, ILS, and Alternative Cyber Solutions.

How you'll make an impact

  • Understand clients' business and their (re)insurance programs.
  • Ensure all pre and post-placement servicing is delivered, prioritised, invoiced, and settled in accordance with contract terms and clients' expectations.
  • Forge and maintain close working relationships with clients and markets, improving overall customer relationships.
  • Manage and coordinate query resolution with clients, ensuring effective management of queries per client instructions.
  • Adhere strictly to standard internal processes, policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, brokers, local overseas offices, markets, and management for assigned accounts.
  • Review market security information on carriers, checking compliance and financial positions.
  • Build and update marketing sheets for the Broking Team.
  • Produce data, statistics, and information packs in support of the placement of clients' reinsurance programs.
  • Liaise with Compliance/Sanctions Team on sanctions checks.
  • Collaborate with Legal Teams for commercial contract reviews.
  • Support creation of slips and endorsements.
  • Coordinate the renewal process of contracts, involving legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with all divisional teams, including actuarial and broking units.
  • Assist with the tender and renewal presentations and information generation.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure accurate payments to all involved parties.
  • Build Compliance Review Packs and files for easy auditing by the Compliance team.

About You

  • Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion while dealing with sensitive information.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse group of collaborators, including non-executives, directors, clients, and colleagues.
  • Prioritise and action a high volume of high-priority tasks with excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrate high organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit a proactive and efficient work ethic.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong mathematics and accounting skills.
  • Experience in supporting client service.
  • Experience in delivering compliance standards with client service teams.
  • Knowledge in Proportional Treaty, Non-Proportional Treaty, and Facilities, and experience with drafting wordings and endorsements is highly desirable.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
