TDG is a division of Gallagher Affinity comprised of marketing professionals with knowledge and experience in various facets of marketing including brand strategy, analytics, content development, affiliate partnerships, lead acquisition and conversion rate optimization. We specialize professional liability insurance within the alternative medicine industry and we are seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be working with marketing team and your Marketing Manager to proactively contribute to all aspects of your vertical’s national marketing efforts with a curious and self-driven approach. We are seeking a candidate who possesses a natural ability to take initiative and has a keen interest in expanding their knowledge and skills in marketing. With a long-term goal of assuming management responsibilities, the successful candidate will be committed to continuously developing their expertise and taking ownership of their work.
Additional job responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research: Gathering and analyzing data to identify target audience, market trends, and competitors in order to create effective marketing strategies.
- Developing marketing campaigns: Creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email, web) that resonate with target audiences and align with revenue goals.
- Managing website and social media: Maintaining and updating the brand's website and social media platforms with engaging content that drives traffic and engagement (both organic and paid social).
- Monitoring campaign performance: Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborating with team members: Working closely with other members of the marketing team, including designers, managers, and web developers to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Conducting A/B testing: Testing different variations of campaigns to identify the most effective approach for achieving marketing goals.
- Creating and managing budgets: Developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and delivering measurable results.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends: Keeping abreast of changes and trends in marketing, and continually updating knowledge and skills to remain competitive in the marketplace.
About You
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 or more years related marketing experience
- Background and familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO and email best practices
