How you'll make an impact
• Contribute to the Practice annual planning process by identifying areas of growth opportunities in the US. Support the implementation and monitoring of our strategic priorities.
• Work with the US Practice management team to monitor utilization and identify ways to drive maximum revenue and EBITDAC growth for the business.
• Assist with financial forecasting across the teams.
• Support with sales operations (Salesforce) to ensure accurate and timely system entries needed for closure, and to ensure that projects are configured correctly in existing time and billing system.
• Assist with Statements of Work review, ensuring that fee language aligns with proper accounting treatment.
• Support change initiatives led by Divisional or Business Line teams.
• Support US MD on ongoing leadership meetings and US “all-hands” meetings.
• Assist in M&A activities by providing operational support and ensuring seamless integration of new entities into the Practice.
• Embed consistent ways of working across the Practice to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and contractors, ensuring they are well-integrated and equipped with the necessary tools and information to succeed.
• Manage contractors in Talent Connect (including annual approvals, PO requests, etc.). Review, confirm and approve contractors’ weekly timesheets.
• Assist project leads in identifying additional resources for client teams when additional capacity is needed.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of Practice processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility for all team members.
• Liaise with support functions, such as HR, IT, and Finance, to ensure the Practice receives adequate levels of support and resources.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.

• Excellent project management skills
• Solid understanding of change management
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and consensus building skills.
• Stakeholder management skills
Experience
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in change management / operational transformation
• Experience working in a consulting / professional services organization
• Experience designing and implementing efficient, scalable operating models
• Experience with M&A due diligence processes and managing post-acquisition integration
Skills/other
• Experience working in a global environment a plus
