Overview
Exciting opportunity to join an Elite Sales Enablement Team to drive and win new business opportunities and support organizational growth. You will join a high-performing, award winning and internationally recognised team. We are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer or Bid Designer to join our established and successful Bid team. You will be responsible for creating and preparing tailored creative material to assist in converting opportunities into winning bids/proposals through fantastic proposal, RFP and pitch production using your graphic design skills.
Experience of creating microsites and interactive documents gives you an edge but can be trained on the job.
How you'll make an impact
- Working closely with the Enterprise SET team to deliver creatively designed proposal, RFP and presentation material for each bid opportunity
- Creating industry leading responses via microsites and interactive documents, ensuring Gallagher stand out from our competitors.
- Providing conceptual and actual creative designs for the business utilising PowerPoint, Adobe creative suite (InDesign) + other appropriate graphical presentation software
- Creating infographic, document and presentation design, to visually communicate complex ideas and solutions to a non-technical audience as well as help prepare brochures and flyers
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure design and brand standards are met and format requirements adhered to
- Driving innovation and design strategy, pushing the boundaries of client facing materials.
About You
Required: Associate's degree and 3 years related experience required. Knowledge of current graphic design equipment, tools, and techniques required.
Preferred: Skilled in typography, colour theory, brand identity, time management, print production, usability and hold a strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Use of Wix and My5 is an added bonus.
