There are many features about Gallagher’s internship program that make it one of the best if not the best one that I’ve ever done, and those are, in no particular order, the autonomy to decide what I wanted to work on and spend my time learning, toastmaster sessions aimed at developing my public speaking skills, information sessions which helped to build my insurance acumen, client visits with their claims teams, the ability to plan and execute projects and of course the ability to travel to Canada as part of my internship.
